Dawnex Corp. was founded in 1992 and broadly specializes in strategic utilization of IT to meet critical business needs. It has successfully provided clients with advisory services in business planning and program/project management for enterprise wide business transformations.

Most work is headed through the company’s Principal, Sebastian Cardarelli, who has a rare combination of high technical expertise and managerial competence: he holds a Honours BSc. in Computer Science, a MBA, a Diploma in Management Science, and a Certification in Project Management. He is a successful Information Technology specialist with extensive experience (30+ years) in helping organizations satisfy critical business needs.  These have included such diverse organizations as the Privy Council/Prime Minister’s Office, the National Research Council, Federal Government Departments and the City of Ottawa.

Sebastian’s solid communication and people skills enable him to deal comfortably and effectively with senior executives, project teams, and clients.  He understands the complexities of information technology application and change management in achieving success, especially for enterprise wide business transformations.  He received outstanding achievement awards from the Chief of Police for Ottawa (2000) and from the City of Ottawa’s General Manager (2003) for his work in directing the implementation of critical emergency response systems.
